MyHome Privacy Policy

MyHome is a home improvement tracking app developed by Axar Apps LLC. This policy explains what data the app stores, how it is
handled, and your rights as a user.
What data the app stores
MyHome stores the following information that you enter:
- Your name (used for the in-app greeting)
- Home names and addresses
- Project details (name, category, status, dates, cost)
- Contractor information (name, company, phone, email, notes, rating)
- Quotes, permits, materials, and rooms associated with your projects
- Photos attached to projects, materials, and rooms
- Your profile photo
Where your data is stored
All data you enter is stored in two places:
- On your device — your data is kept in a local database on your iPhone or iPad. Your profile photo is stored in
the app's private on-device storage.
- In your personal iCloud account — the app uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your data across your own
devices and to enable the optional household sharing feature. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on Axar Apps'
servers. Axar Apps has no access to your iCloud data.
Household sharing
MyHome includes an optional feature that lets you share a home with other iCloud users — for example, a partner or family member. If
you use this feature:
- You choose who to invite by sending a share invitation through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure
- Only people you explicitly invite can access your shared home's data
- Shared data is exchanged through Apple's servers — Axar Apps cannot see, access, or intercept it
- You can stop sharing or remove participants at any time from the app's Settings screen
What Axar Apps does not do
- We do not collect, receive, or store any of your personal data on our own servers
- We do not use analytics, crash reporting tools, or advertising networks
- We do not track your behavior within the app
- We do not share or sell any data to third parties
iCloud Backup
If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your on-device app data may be included in your iCloud Backup. This is managed
entirely by Apple and your device settings — Axar Apps has no involvement in or access to your backups.
Your control over your data
You are in full control of your data at all times:
- You can edit or delete any item directly within the app
- Deleting the app removes all local data from your device
- To remove data from iCloud, delete it within the app before uninstalling, or manage it through your iCloud account settings
Children's privacy
MyHome does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising, social features, or
data collection, making it suitable for users of all ages.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it
periodically.
