Axar Apps LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MyHome mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

We do not collect any personal data.
MyHome is designed with your privacy in mind. All information you enter into the app, including:
- Home information and addresses
- Project details and descriptions
- Contractor information and contact details
- Quotes and pricing information
- Permit tracking data
- Materials lists and shopping information
- Photos you add to projects
- Room dimensions and details
...is stored locally on your device only using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Data Storage
Local Storage
- All data is stored securely on your device using Apple's built-in encryption
- No information is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers
- Your data remains on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud
Data Backup
- If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your MyHome data may be included in your device backup
- This is controlled by your device settings, not by our app
- We do not have access to your iCloud backups
Photos
When you add photos to projects:
- Photos are stored locally on your device as part of the app's data
- Photos are not uploaded to any server
- Photos are not shared with any third parties
- You can delete photos at any time from within the app
Analytics and Tracking
We do not use any analytics or tracking.
- No analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
- No crash reporting services
- No advertising networks
- No user behavior tracking
- No cookies or similar technologies
Third-Party Services
MyHome does not integrate with any third-party services. The app functions entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers.
Children's Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.
Data Security
While we do not transmit or store your data on our servers, we take security seriously:
- Data is stored using Apple's secure SwiftData framework
- Your device's built-in security features protect your data
- We recommend using a passcode or biometric authentication on your device
Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete individual projects, contractors, quotes, or permits within the app
- Delete the entire app to remove all data from your device
- Your data is not stored anywhere else, so deletion is permanent
Your Rights
Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to access, modify, or delete. You maintain complete control over all information in the app.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notifying you through the app if changes are significant
International Users
MyHome can be used worldwide. Since all data stays on your device, there are no international data transfer concerns.
